A Roof Inspection and Technical Service is available to the Commercial, Industrial and Institutional community. We Offer the following services:
ROOF INSPECTIONS
(1) Inspect existing roofs and prepare reports of conditions found.
(2) Provide photographs and roof sketch.
(3) Analysis of existing roof, parapets, flashings and drainage system.
(4) Assist owners with maintenance planning.
RECOMMENDATIONS
(1) Recommend repairs or maintenance.
(2) Provide specifications for major repairs or maintenance.
(3) Provide specifications for roof replacement.
(4) Specify materials that are competitive and are accepted by prevailing building code.
ON-JOB INSPECTION
(1) Seek out quality contractors in the area.
(2) Hold pre-job conferences with bidders.
(3) Provide on-job inspection for major repairs or roof replacement.
RE-ROOF OR NEW CONSTRUCTION
(1) Hold pre-job conference.
(2) Monitor work progress with daily quality control inspections.
FINAL INSPECTION AND REPORT
(1) Call for job final inspection with contractor.
(2) Call for bonds, warranties or guarantees.
(3) Provide final report on completed job.
Many roof failures occur pre-maturely simply because the owner is unaware that a problem is developing. An annual inspection can add more years to the life of a roof if deficiencies are detected and corrected in time.
